Does Article 21 of the Italian Constitution apply to ByoBlu?

Article 21 of the Italian Constitution: "Everyone has the right to freely express their thoughts with words, writings and any other means of dissemination. The press cannot be subject to authorizations or censures."

Not many words are needed towards ByoBlu, but pragmatism. We have donated € 500 to free information, as we do every year, allocating it to ByoBlu.
