When wisdom still existed! It's time to rediscover it with 4 theoretical / practical meetings to learn how to cook forgotten foods and learn how they interact with our body. Should we eat or feed ourselves?
NB: this path repeats itself cyclically over time therefore it is not essential to participate in all the meetings from 1st to 4th, it will be possible to recover later the missing or interesting argument.
Mile: did it only serve to save the Venetian Republic from the siege? Why did we forget about this precious cereal? Why not prepare it and taste it together? And then the lentils, the vegetables… .. while preparing these delights we talk about cereals with gluten and gluten-free, why millet is good on Wednesday, what is the difference between organic (serious) and chemical, wholemeal and refined, what does the one and the other entail? Brown rice: is it so difficult to cook? And the chickpeas? they are not part of our tradition ... obviously all accompanied by vegetables.
