Vaccine Report 2017 - Postmarketing surveillance in Italy

The Report summarizes the vaccine vigilance activities conducted in Italy in 2017.
The analysis of suspected adverse reactions observed after administration of vaccines is carried out on the basis of the date of inclusion of the reports in the National Pharmacovigilance Network (year 2017), in line with all the data made available by the Agency.
In addition to the description of clinically relevant cases, the Report examines the trend of suspected adverse reactions by type of vaccine.
A focus is dedicated to anti-flu vaccines and the epidemiological situation relating to measles, observed in 2017.
